Founder of OUROBOROS Consulting. Former federal data scientist at HHS, where I led agency-wide transitions of public health infrastructure during the COVID response and built FedRAMP-compliant machine learning and language systems on Palantir Foundry.
My technical work spans Bayesian modeling, neuroimaging, high-throughput data pipelines, and anomaly detection in national health data systems. I build things that have to work: under deadline, under regulatory constraint, at scale.
I work with survivors, senior citizens, veterans, nonprofits, legal aid organizations, and advocacy groups. I also work with small businesses, startups, and solo practitioners who need technical capacity they cannot afford to hire full-time. The job is the same either way. Find what is slowing you down, then build the right fix. Sometimes that is an AI tool. Sometimes it is a simple automation, a better workflow, or an app you have not heard of.
